The Verity Process
Initial Consultation
Step 1
The first step in your journey is to contact our design team. We recommend scheduling a visit to our showroom to explore your options and meet our team. Please bring a few pictures of your existing space, any inspirational photos, approximate dimensions, and any drawings you may have. This meeting will serve as an introduction where our team will learn more about you, your design preferences, project hopes, scope of work, and initial budget. We'll provide budgetary estimates and answer any questions you may have.
On-Site Measurement
Step 2
After our initial consultation, if you decide to move forward, we'll schedule an on-site measurement and consultation meeting. During this visit, we'll take detailed measurements of your space and comprehensive photos. We'll also discuss your wish list, preferences, and the overall project scope. Our goal is to gather enough information to develop our final project proposal for you. Whether you choose us as your general contractor or use your own, we'll tailor-fit the perfect solution to meet your needs.
Presentation
Step 3
In this meeting, we present our ideas, discuss style and design, and provide an initial budgetary proposal for your project. This highly collaborative process may take a few revisions to develop the final plan. Once we finalize the best plan, we'll present it to you and discuss the timing and process. If you choose our team to manage the entire process, we'll schedule a day to shop with you for tiles and fixtures. During shopping, we'll offer design input and assist with ordering and coordinating delivery of your chosen materials, securing trade discounts for your entire project. If our final proposal meets your expectations and you choose to proceed, we'll discuss timing and reserve a convenient start date for your project.
Implementation
Step 4
Whether we are creating your entire kitchen and bath, working with your contractor, or simply supplying cabinetry, we have an organized process from start to finish.
