We invite you to our South Bay showroom to explore materials, meet our design team, and walk us through your vision, your needs, and your goals for the project. Bring photos of your current space, any inspiration you’ve collected, and a rough sense of scope. We’ll ask good questions, give you honest feedback, and provide preliminary budget guidance so you walk out with clarity — not a sales pitch.

On-Site Measurement

Once you’re ready to move forward, we come to you. Our team takes precise measurements, photographs every detail, and conducts a thorough assessment of the existing conditions. We discuss your complete wish list and identify anything that might affect design, timeline, or scope. This visit ensures our proposal is based on reality — not assumptions.

Presentation & Proposal

We return with a complete design concept: detailed layouts, material selections, finish recommendations, and a transparent project proposal. This is a collaborative working session — we expect questions, refine direction, and finalize a plan that reflects exactly what you want. Once approved, we coordinate material shopping with you, lock in your start date, and begin the structured handoff to our construction team.

Will this disrupt my daily life?

Every remodel involves some disruption — and we’re honest about that. What we control is how that disruption is managed. Our project managers schedule work in logical phases, communicate proactively, maintain a clean job site, and minimize the number of days your kitchen or bathroom is completely out of service.

Do I need to have a design ready before I contact you?
