The Verity Difference
More Than a Cabinet Order. A Complete Design Experience.
Most homeowners have spent years imagining what their kitchen or bathroom could look like. The frustration isn’t the vision — it’s finding a partner capable of executing it with precision and accountability. That is precisely where Verity excels.
As a full-service design-build firm, we don’t simply specify cabinets and hand you off to a contractor. Our designers, project managers, and craftsmen operate as a single coordinated team — from your first showroom visit through the final installation walkthrough.
We represent seven of the industry’s most respected cabinet manufacturers, giving you access to hundreds of door styles, finish options, and configuration possibilities — all guided by a designer who understands both the aesthetics you want and the functionality your household demands.

Custom Or Semi-Custom - Here's
What The Difference Actually means
The industry uses both terms loosely. At Verity, the distinction has a precise meaning — one that directly affects your timeline, your investment range, and what’s possible in your space. Our designers will help you determine the right path during your initial consultation.
Option One
Semi-Custom Cabinetry
Semi-Custom Cabinetry
Semi-custom cabinets are manufactured within a structured sizing and configuration system by one of our seven premier partners. You gain meaningful flexibility — door profiles, finish options, hardware, interior fittings, modified dimensions — without the extended lead time or premium cost of fully bespoke millwork. The result is a designed, coordinated installation that looks and performs like a custom solution.
- Access to 7 curated cabinet lines with hundreds of style and finish combinations
- Modified sizing within each manufacturer's modular system.
- Designer-guided selection — not a solo catalog exercise.
- Faster lead times than full custom (typically 6-12 weeks depending on the line)
- Ideal for kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, and home offices.
- Coordinated with countertops, tile, and fixtures as part of a full project.

Our Design-Build Process
Every Step Planned.
Every Detail Managed.
Every Step Planned.
Every Detail Managed.
A cabinetry project — properly executed — involves dozens of interdependent decisions: layout, sizing, finish direction, hardware, countertop coordination, delivery sequencing, and installation precision. Our structured four-phase process was built over decades to remove ambiguity from each of those decisions and protect your investment at every stage.
Step 1
Design Consultation
Begin in our South Bay showroom. Bring photos of your existing space, inspiration imagery, and rough dimensions. A Verity designer listens first — understanding your lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, and project scope before offering a single recommendation. We provide budgetary ranges and answer every question before you commit to the next step.
Step 2
On-Site Measurement
We visit your home to take precise measurements, photograph existing conditions, and document every constraint and opportunity your space presents. Nothing is assumed from standard dimensions. This visit is the foundation for a proposal that fits your actual space — not an approximation of it.
Step 3
Design Presentation
We present rendered layouts, cabinet specifications, and a detailed investment proposal. If you’re working with us on a full remodel, we coordinate a shopping day for tile and fixtures — offering design guidance and securing trade pricing on your behalf. Revisions continue until the plan is complete before anything is ordered.
Step 4
Managed installation
Our in-house craftsmen handle the complete installation sequence. You receive a clear schedule, daily progress communication, and a single point of contact throughout the build. The project is not considered complete until we have walked through every detail together and you are satisfied with the outcome.
Why Verity
Built for Clients Who Won't Settle for a Generic Outcome
Built for Clients Who Won't Settle for a Generic Outcome
There is no shortage of cabinet dealers or general contractors in the South Bay. What is genuinely rare is a firm that combines design expertise, material knowledge, and construction skill under a single roof — and has done so for over a decade without outsourcing accountability to a third party.
Verity clients typically aren’t comparing us to the cheapest quote. They’re comparing us to the experience they had with their previous contractor — the missed timelines, the communication gaps, the disappointment of a finished project that fell short of the vision. Our process was specifically designed to prevent all of that.
-
One Team, Full Accountability
We design it and we build it. There are no handoffs between a design firm and a contractor — which means no finger-pointing when something needs to be resolved. -
Craftsmen Employed By Verity
Our installation team is on Verity's payroll, not dispatched from a subcontractor pool. Consistent people produce consistent quality. That is not an accident — it is by design. -
Better Pricing For You
When we manage a full project, we coordinate material shopping and pass trade discounts on tile, fixtures, and hardware directly to our clients. The savings are real and documented. -
Transparent Proposals Before Any Deposit
Every proposal includes a detailed breakdown of scope, materials, and investment range. You understand exactly what you are committing to before a single dollar changes hands. -
South Bay Expertise
We've worked in homes across every South Bay community for over two decades. We understand the architecture, the light, the lifestyle expectations — and we build to that standard.

Frequently Asked Questions
Answers Worth Having Before You Call
Answers Worth Having Before You Call
The questions homeowners ask most consistently — around investment, timeline, process, and what differentiates custom from semi-custom — answered directly.
What is the difference between custom and semi-custom cabinetry — beyond the price?
What investment level should I expect for quality cabinetry?
Cabinet projects at the level of quality Verity delivers typically begin in the mid-five figures fo a semi-custom kitchen scope and scale based on size, configuration, and material selection. Custom cabinetry for a full kitchen remodel can range considerably higher depending on complexity and specification. We provide a complete, itemized investment proposal following your on-site measurement — never a vague estimate designed to seem competitive before we’ve properly scoped your project.
How long does the process take from consultation to completed installation?
Your timeline is scope-dependent and tied to material lead times, which vary by manufacturer and season. We discuss realistic timelines during your initial consultatoin and confirm them in writing before you commit to anything. We don’t take on more projects than we can manage properly — which means when we give you a timeline, we intend to keep it.
Can I use Verity just for cabinetry supply, or do you require full project management?
We offer both. We can design and supply cabinetry for your own contractor to install, or we can manage the complete project including countertops, tile, electrical, plumbings, and all finish work. Most clients who have experienced the full design-build process tell use they wouldn’t do it any other way — but we’ll recommend the approach that genuinely serves your project, no the on that serves our revenue.
What if I don't have a clear vision yet?
You don’t need one. Our design consultation is specifically structured to help homeowners who know they want a change but aren’t yet sure what that change looks like. We ask the right questions, show you relevant examples, and guide you toward a design direction that fits your home and your taste. Arriving with uncertainty is normal. leaving with clarity is what the consultation is designed to produce.
Do you work on single cabinet replacement or small repair jobs?
We don’t offer single cabinet replacements or repairs but we do offer cabinet refacing as a cost effective option. Learn more here: Cabinet Refacing
Our process, team structure, and our expertise are built for full kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, and significant cabinetry scopes. If you’re looking for aa quick repair or a single replacement cabinet, we are likely not the right fit — and we’d rather tell you that clearly than take on work that isn’t aligned with our services and your needs.
How do I know the quality of materials will match what I was shown?
Every material specified in your approved proposal is the material we install — not a substitution, not a “comparable alternative.” Our supplier relationships are long-standing and our quality control process includes receiving inspection before anything enters your home. If a material arrives below specification, it goes back. Your installation doesn’t happen until every component meets the standard we committed to.
